Not resurrected. The real Osamu is dead. This is a digital copy created by the ENIAC from data taken before the original's death, built upon until he essentially became a real person, and trolled Ryo on the Internet until they met and Ryo took him home. Given Ryo's doubts about his own claim to humanity (Digital Surviver - "It doesn't matter if I'm just another piece of data"), he's pretty much given up caring about what's real or not and is just enjoying the ride.
