Guy is from Fire Emblem 7, a strategy RPG for GBA.

Heheh.. looks a couple years older probably Kind of a quick job, but I just really wanted a version of this pic without all the obstructing notebook lines. XD The outfit in the scrapped had a few slight variations from the official artwork since I did it without a reference... I took off that extra line with the triangle things on his robes, but I left the boots alone. Something is better than nothing... sometimes? >_>~

Fiddled around with some lighting effects, but didn't like any enough to keep
